Our handles are always delivered with two types of metal square spindles:
- 7x7 mm — the small French standard — provided in a transparent bag placed in the overall package or in one of the boxes,
- 8x8 mm — Italian standard — mounted by default on the handles.
Our handles are delivered with 7x7 mm and 8x8 mm square spindles, 10 cm long, compatible with most French doors up to 44 mm thick. For a thinner or thicker door, or in case of a surface-mounted lock (6x6 mm spindle required), please inform us in the "Comment" field when placing your order. All our reducers are provided in metal only, never in plastic. For toilets, we automatically add 4/6 mm reducers. Our offer applies in France, Belgium, and throughout the European Union.
All our handles and rosettes are sold in pairs, unless a specific mention on the product page indicates a single unit sale.
All our rosettes are sold in pairs (left and right) or in kits for WC versions, unless otherwise specified on the product page. If a rosette is sold individually, it is clearly mentioned.
Of course! The legal return period in France is 14 days, but at Millapoignées, we know that handles are often installed at the very end of a renovation project. That's why we offer you an extended period of 90 days to change your mind if the product doesn't suit you.
The handles must be returned in their original packaging, without having been installed, to ensure their condition and maintain our quality standards.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. This choice reflects our commitment to maintaining a demanding service, while continuing to offer you carefully crafted, durable, and well-monitored products.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, we will proceed with a full refund. We make every effort to ensure that this process remains simple, clear, and respectful of our commitments to you.
Don't worry! At Milla Poignées, each order is carefully checked by our team. If you have selected a rosette from another brand or a color that doesn't match your handle, we adapt or replace the necessary parts before shipping to ensure perfect compatibility. This ensures consistency in terms of dimensions (width, depth, center distance) as well as a harmonious visual result. To avoid any errors, we advise you to choose rosettes offered in the "ACCESSORIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE HANDLE" section on each product page. And in any case, our team ensures that everything is perfectly adapted before shipping.

All our handles are manufactured in Europe, mainly from Zamak (a metal alloy), known for its durability and long-lasting appearance. This material can be remelted indefinitely, making it both a durable and environmentally friendly solution. The weight in hand testifies to the quality: our handles are heavy, stable, and designed to last. We also offer models in stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, wood, crystal, and glass. At MILLA, each handle is carefully selected for its robustness and design. They are designed to withstand daily use while maintaining their elegance over time.
No, because they are not designed to withstand weather conditions, do not have hidden screws on the exterior side, nor a lifting system for multipoint locks. Moreover, as entry doors are often heavy, a reinforced Grade 3 or Grade 4 fixing system is essential.
