The delivery lead time is displayed in green beneath the product name, directly on each product page. This is the reference to use when estimating the delivery date.

This lead time can also be viewed in your customer account on our website www.millapoignees.fr.

Our handles are always supplied with two types of metal square spindles:
  • 7x7 mm — the small French standard — supplied in a transparent bag placed inside the overall parcel or in one of the boxes,
  • 8x8 mm — Italian standard — fitted by default on the handles.

Metal 7/8 mm reducers are also included, likewise packed in a transparent bag.

This universal system is suitable for the majority of cases, with the exception of rim locks (generally found on older doors dating from before the 1970s) or tubular handles in American format (US system).
Our handles are supplied with square spindles of 7x7 mm and 8x8 mm, 10 cm long, compatible with most French doors up to 44 mm thick.

For a thinner or thicker door, or in the case of a rim lock (6x6 mm spindle required), please let us know in the "Comments" field when placing your order.

All our reducers are supplied in metal only, never in plastic. For bathroom/WC doors, we automatically add 4/6 mm reducers.

Our offer applies in France, Belgium, and throughout the European Union.
All our handles and roses are sold in pairs, unless a specific note on the product page indicates they are sold individually.
All our roses are sold in pairs (left and right) or as a kit for WC versions, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If a rose is sold individually, this is clearly indicated.

Of course! The legal return period in France is 14 days, but at Millapoignées, we understand that handles are often fitted right at the end of a project. That is why we offer you an extended period of 90 days to change your mind if the product does not suit you.

Handles must be returned in their original packaging, unused and uninstalled, in order to guarantee their condition and uphold our quality standards.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. This choice reflects our commitment to maintaining a high standard of service, whilst continuing to offer you carefully crafted, long-lasting, and well-supported products.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, we will proceed with a full refund. We do everything we can to ensure this process remains straightforward, transparent, and in keeping with our commitments to you.

"No need to worry! At Milla Poignées, every order is carefully checked by our team. If you have selected a rose from a different brand or in a colour that does not match your handle, we will adapt or replace the necessary parts before dispatch to ensure perfect compatibility."

This ensures consistency in terms of dimensions (width, depth, centre distance) as well as a harmonious visual result.

To avoid any mistakes, we recommend choosing roses from the "ACCESSORIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE HANDLE" section on each product page. And in any case, our team ensures that everything is perfectly matched before dispatch.
Rim locks require a 6x6 mm spindle, which differs from the French standard. We offer compatible handles, provided you inform us of this when placing your order.

And our tailored selection: Handles for rim locks

For tubular handles in American format (US standard), our partner factory in Italy can offer compatible solutions for certain models. Please contact us to find out about the available options.
All our handles are manufactured in Europe, primarily in Zamak (a metal alloy), recognised for its strength and lasting appearance. This material can be remelted indefinitely, making it both a durable and environmentally friendly solution.

The weight in the hand is a testament to quality: our handles are heavy, stable, and built to last.

We also offer models in stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, wood, crystal, and glass.

At MILLA, every handle is carefully selected for its robustness and design. They are designed to withstand daily use whilst retaining their elegance over time.

No, because they are not designed to withstand the elements, have no concealed screws on the exterior side, and do not have a lift mechanism for multi-point locking systems. Furthermore, as entrance doors are often heavy, a Grade 3 or Grade 4 reinforced fixing system is essential.
