Our handles come with 7x7 mm and 8x8 mm square metal spindles (length 10 cm). They are compatible with the majority of doors in France, Belgium, Switzerland and the EU, up to 44 mm thick. If your door is thinner/thicker, or if you have a surface-mounted lock (6x6 mm spindle), please indicate this in the "Comment" field when placing your order. Our reducers are always metal (never plastic). For WC doors, we automatically add 4/6 mm reducers.
Yes. The statutory period is 14 days, but we offer 90 days to return the product if you change your mind (handy at the end of a project).
