Our company

We are Stella & Michal, a couple for several years now. In 2017, we decided to buy our "cosy nest" together. We wanted to bring everything up to date and create a place that reflects who we are. 

We pored over every interior design magazine, attended trade shows, got quotes… the joys of renovation.

The walls painted, the doors fitted… there was one element we had forgotten to include… THE DOOR HANDLES!

And then we realised that the choice was limited.

In the large DIY chains, few models were available and suited us. In specialist Parisian boutiques, the choice was there but the price was exorbitant for a single door handle.

The idea of "MILLA poignées" was taking shape. It is the combination of our two first names.
