Dispatch of your parcel
At MILLA, you deal with a real team. We prepare and dispatch orders with care, as quickly as possible, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), according to our carriers' schedules.
Our objective is clear: to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In practice, we sometimes receive several pallets on the same day, or certain items may be restocking from our suppliers (factories, workshops). In these cases, a slight delay may occur, despite all our organisation.
We also depend on carriers and their logistics (collections, hubs, weather, busy periods). Whatever happens, we track shipments and remain available: if you have any questions contact us and we'll respond quickly with a precise update.
Parcels are dispatched from our warehouse via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, with a tracking number. Whichever delivery method you choose, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel's progress.
Delivery does not include systematic appointment scheduling: it is therefore important to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel (or to opt for relay point delivery when possible).
In the event of a product being unavailable, MILLA will inform the customer and refund the amount paid within a maximum of 15 days from becoming aware of this unavailability, in accordance with applicable rules.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transport. We recommend grouping your items in a single order: two orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping costs apply to each one.
We deliver to several European countries (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy) as well as to certain overseas territories depending on available options.
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, customs duties or other local taxes, payable by the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.
Colissimo with signature
Colissimo is the parcel delivery service of La Poste group. It's often the most reliable option, with hand delivery against signature, and clear tracking.

Mondial Relay
Mondial Relay is a very practical relay point solution: you collect your parcel when you wish, often more easily than at home (extended opening hours, less chance of a missed delivery).

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days (variable depending on the period). You'll receive a tracking link and a notification when the parcel is available at the relay point.
