Our lead times vary depending on the model and the finish, because we work with many European manufacturers and not every reference can be kept in stock at all times. We follow your order from the manufacturer through to our warehouse, then prepare and ship it as soon as it is complete.

You may have noticed that some products are listed at 7 to 10 business days, others at around 15 business days, and certain references at 10 to 20 days or even 25 to 30 business days. These lead times vary depending on the model, the finish, the quantity ordered and its availability at the time of your order.

We work with manufacturers, factories and workshops in France, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Belgium, Spain, Greece and the Czech Republic, and more widely across Europe. Our collections include a great many references, often available in numerous colours and finishes: it is simply not possible to stock every model, in every colour and in every quantity.

We do of course keep many handles, rosettes, door stops and accessories in stock. But when a reference or a finish is missing, we order it directly from the manufacturer in order to make up your complete order.

We also carry out genuine adaptation work: products designed for different European markets do not always follow the same standards. In our warehouse we therefore prepare the products to make them compatible with French formats and standards, particularly when spindles, reducers or other adapter parts are required.

Once all the items have arrived at MILLA, we check the order, add any adapter parts needed and prepare the parcel. It is generally handed over to the carrier the same day or the next business day. For mainland France, Colissimo then usually delivers within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Do you have a project on site, a deadline to meet or simply a doubt? Call us on (+33) 175 366 432 or write to us. We would rather check the actual availability of a reference with you than leave you guessing, and we will be able to give you more precise information about your order.

The lead time shown on the product page

It corresponds to the estimated time needed to make up your order: stock available at MILLA, any restocking from the European manufacturer, transport to our warehouse and preparation of the products.

As soon as your order is complete

We check it, adapt it to the French standard if necessary and generally prepare the parcel the same day or the next business day, before handing it over to the carrier.

The rates and lead times below are indicative and may vary depending on the period. They do not include Sundays or public holidays. Returns are chargeable for all carriers.
