Dispatch of your parcel
At MILLA, you deal with a real team. We prepare and dispatch orders with care, as quickly as possible, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and subject to our carriers' collection schedules.
Our goal is simple: to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In practice, it may happen that we receive several pallets on the same day or that certain items are being restocked from our suppliers, factories or workshops. In such situations, a slight delay may occur despite all our organisational efforts.
We also depend on carriers and their logistical constraints: collections, hubs, weather, peak periods or exceptional events. In all cases, we monitor shipments closely and remain available. If you have any questions, contact us: we will respond promptly with precise information about your order.
Parcels are dispatched from our warehouse via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, with a tracking number. Whatever delivery method you choose, you will receive a link to track the progress of your parcel.
Delivery does not include a systematic appointment. It is therefore important to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel, or to opt for delivery to a collection point where this option is available.
In the event of a product being unavailable, MILLA will inform the Customer and proceed with a refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 15 days from the date on which the unavailability becomes known, in accordance with applicable rules.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transport. We recommend grouping your items in a single order: two orders placed separately cannot be automatically combined, and shipping charges apply to each of them.
We deliver to several European countries, including France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Italy, as well as to certain overseas territories depending on the options available at the time of ordering.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, customs duties or other local taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country.
Colissimo with signature
Colissimo is the parcel delivery service of the La Poste group. It is generally a reliable option, with delivery against signature and detailed tracking of the parcel.

Mondial Relay
Mondial Relay is a very convenient collection point solution: you collect your parcel when it suits you, often more easily than at home (extended opening hours, fewer missed deliveries).

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days (variable depending on the period). You will receive a tracking link and a notification when the parcel is available at the collection point.
