Care

Dauby bronze is a living material: its colour deepens over time, while areas touched by the hand polish themselves naturally. The manufacturer calls this a living finish and recommends letting it develop — no maintenance is needed. Only the black finish is lacquered iron; if the lacquer is damaged, it can be touched up in RAL 9005. To restore the original shine of a bronze finish, simply use a soft cloth and copper or silver polish. Never use an abrasive cleaner.
