The Altesse model is a reinforced lever handle designed for aluminium frames, with a compact oval rose. Its construction is intended to provide a secure fit on entrance and internal doors while retaining a clean, understated look.

A version with an oval rose and cylinder protector (drill-resistant) may be available, allowing the cylinder to project up to 12 mm beyond the door.
