Door rose CDF WC-PBTC 1

Bronze privacy fitting for a bathroom or toilet

This rose holds the privacy lock that secures the door from inside. A slot on the outside allows it to be released if needed: the safety feature expected on a bathroom or toilet door. It is cast in bronze, the material used for Dauby’s Pure collection. Its rose is oval, reference PBTC1 in the Dauby catalogue. It is fitted as a pair, with one rose on each side of the door.

Included

• A pair of roses, left and right
• Two M4 through-bolts to secure the adaptors to the door
• Set of wood screws, available on special request
• Fitting instructions in French
• Material: solid bronze
• 24-month manufacturer’s warranty

Compatibility

Suitable for all types of wooden door up to 44 mm thick. For thicker doors, tell us the thickness in your order comments and we’ll adapt the fitting kit. To understand the difference between the types of roses, see our article on lever handles mounted on a rose.

Care

Dauby’s bronze is a living material: its colour deepens over time, and the areas touched by hand polish themselves. The manufacturer calls this a living finish and recommends letting it develop naturally: no maintenance is needed. If you prefer to restore the original shine, a soft cloth and copper or silver polish will suffice, depending on the finish. Never use an abrasive cleaner.
