Solid brass, cast in Picardy
Gravity-cast in a sand mould, machined, and then hand-polished in the Vimeu, the historic heart of French ironmongery. Made from solid brass: on a window, where the knob is handled cold and with bare hands, the difference in weight and feel is immediately apparent.
