This product is not kept in stock. It is made or prepared specially to order by a partner artisan workshop.

This product comes from the artisan’s catalogue and is made by hand or in small batches once your order has been confirmed. The workshop does not operate like a factory with permanent stock: each piece may be started, prepared or finished according to the orders received.

Returns: this type of product cannot always be returned to the workshop or easily restocked or resold, particularly for large orders. Our extended 90-day returns policy therefore does not apply: you retain your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (provided the product is complete, uninstalled and in its original packaging), subject to our prior approval.
