This product is not held in stock. It is made or prepared specifically to order by a partner craft workshop.

This product comes from the craftsperson’s catalogue and is handmade or produced in small batches after your order has been confirmed. The workshop does not operate like a factory with permanent stock: each piece may be started, prepared or finished according to the orders received.

Returns: this type of product cannot always be returned to the workshop or easily put back into stock or resold, particularly when ordered in large quantities. Our extended 90-day commercial returns policy therefore does not apply. You retain your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (provided the product is complete, uninstalled and in its original packaging), subject to our prior approval.
