THE BENEFITS OF THE WINDOW HANDLE
The Ph1928 model draws inspiration from a design by German industrial designer Wilhelm Wagenfeld, a leading figure at the Bauhaus school. The contrast between curved and straight lines gives it an innovative look. Among other things, Wagenfeld designed the famous WG24 lamp, which remains just as timeless 100 years later. Proof of enduring design! The cover for the tilt-and-turn mechanism is available in oval and rectangular shapes.
Care
Dauby bronze is a living material: its colour deepens over time, while areas touched by the hand polish themselves. The manufacturer calls this a living finish and recommends letting it develop naturally – no maintenance is needed. Only the black finish is made of lacquered iron: if the lacquer is damaged, it can be touched up with RAL 9005. To restore the original shine of a bronze finish, a soft cloth and copper or silver polish are all you need. Never use an abrasive cleaner.
