R PURE WC 50R Door Escutcheon

Round bronze privacy fitting for a bathroom or toilet

This rose has a privacy turn that locks the door from the inside. A slot on the outside allows it to be unlocked if necessary: the safety feature expected on a bathroom or toilet door. It is cast in bronze, the material used in Dauby’s Pure collection. It is fitted as a pair: one rose on each side of the door.

Included

• A pair of roses, left and right
• Two M4 through-bolts to secure the adaptors to the door
• Set of wood screws, available on special request
• Fitting instructions in French
• Material: solid bronze
• 24-month manufacturer’s warranty

Compatibility

Designed for wooden doors of any type up to 44 mm thick. For thicker doors, tell us the thickness in your order comments and we will adapt the fitting kit. To understand the differences between types of roses, read our article on lever handles mounted on roses.

Care

Dauby’s bronze is a living material: its colour deepens over time, while areas touched by hand polish themselves naturally. The manufacturer calls this a living finish and recommends letting it develop: no maintenance is needed. If you prefer to restore its original shine, a soft cloth and copper or silver polish, depending on the finish, are all you need. Never use an abrasive cleaner.
