This product comes from the craftsperson’s catalogue and is handmade or produced in small batches once your order has been confirmed. The workshop does not operate like a factory with permanent stock: each piece may be put into production, prepared or finished according to the orders received.

Returns: this type of product cannot always be returned to the workshop or easily restocked or resold, particularly for large-quantity orders. Our extended 90-day returns policy therefore does not apply: you retain your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (the product must be complete, uninstalled and in its original packaging), subject to our prior approval.
