What to know before ordering this handcrafted product

Handcrafted to order

This product is not kept in stock. It is made or prepared specially to order by a partner craft workshop.

This product is from the craftsperson’s catalogue and is made by hand or in small batches once your order has been confirmed. The workshop does not operate like a factory with permanent stock: each piece may be started, prepared or finished according to the orders received.

Returns: this type of product cannot always be returned to the workshop or easily restocked or resold, particularly when ordered in large quantities. Our extended 90-day returns policy therefore does not apply: you retain your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (provided the product is complete, uninstalled and in its original packaging), subject to our prior agreement.

For a complete project, we recommend ordering a single piece first to check the model, finish and compatibility before ordering the full quantity you need.
