A porcelain wall hook designed by Anne Black

Anne Black is a Danish ceramicist based in Copenhagen. She designed this model in 2007, and it is handmade in the workshop she founded in 2005 with the Hang family in Bat Trang, a pottery village near Hanoi, Vietnam. Each piece is cast, glazed or coloured and fired individually: slight variations in shade are part of its charm.

The Flower finish

The piece is made from glazed white porcelain, with a flower made of small coloured dots on top, fired into the glaze: a delicate design that will not rub off.

10 colours

Choose from 10 shades: black, slate grey, cherry red, coral orange, sunshine yellow, candy pink, plum, meadow green, light blue and midnight blue.

• S: Ø 30 mm, height 30 mm
• M: Ø 45 mm, height 30 mm

Fixings

Fixings for both uses are supplied: an M5 × 25 mm screw for furniture, and a screw and wall plug for wall mounting.

Knob or hook

In a hallway, bathroom or child’s bedroom, this hook holds a coat, bag or towel. The same design can also be fitted to furniture: it is available as a furniture knob.
