Double-sided door hanger Creativity & Genius at Work

This door hanger is designed for a door whose status changes several times a day: the door to an office, a work-from-home space, a studio or a bedroom used for work.

“Creativity recharged – Let’s share ideas!” side

Soft green, with an illustration inspired by ideas and light bulbs. This is the side to display when you’re available: for brainstorming, a quick chat or suggestions. The message makes it clear that interruptions are welcome, sparing anyone from whispering “Can I disturb you?” through the door.

“Shhh... Genius at work!” side

Dark green, moon and stars. The focus side. It sets a boundary with humour, without the bluntness of a hotel “do not disturb” sign. Ideal during a call, a period of deep work or revision, or late in the evening when others are still moving around the house.

Why the two sides work together

The two messages cover two states of mind in the same working day. Rather than choosing one fixed message, simply flip the sign over on the handle. The design remains cohesive, with two shades of green and an illustrated style: whichever side is showing, the door keeps the same look.

Size and material

The door hanger measures 140 × 275 mm, with a 72 mm round opening that fits around the handle. It is printed on rigid card no more than 0.5 mm thick: thin enough to flip over in one movement between tasks, yet sturdy enough to hang straight on the door.

Key points

• Double-sided: 2 messages and 2 distinct looks in one item
• Flip it over in a second to suit what you’re working on
• Door decoration with personality, not impersonal signage
• Hangs directly from the door handle
• Original Milla design, printed in France
• A gift idea for a colleague, someone who works from home or a student
