The different types of door stops

The wall-mounted door stop, for example, is fixed to the wall or skirting board. It prevents the handle from damaging the surface when opened forcefully. It is ideal for spaces where the floor is often wet or for rooms where floor space is limited.

The floor door stop, on the other hand, is installed directly on the floor and can be a robust and durable solution. It is particularly suitable for heavy doors or high-traffic areas.

Adhesive stops are a temporary solution that can be placed anywhere, but they are not as strong as other types.

For the colour, we recommend matt antique patina (Tupai's name for "brushed bronze") which is particularly suited to wooden doors (parquet flooring, etc.) as this shade blends in well and becomes almost invisible.
